What Is DOFF?
Doff Cleaning
The DOFF Cleaning machine is a steam-based, stone cleaning and brick cleaning system — completely unique and unlike any other steam-based cleaning system. It can achieve high temperatures of up to 150°C at the nozzle end, making it a ‘superheated water system’.
Due to its superheat, it is incredibly effective for removing moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter. It also kills off spores by completely cleaning the surface — meaning there is no need for a chemical biocide during removal or as protection against further biological activity.

How Does DOFF Cleaning Work?
A DOFF machine cleans both stone and masonry using high-temperature steam. Whilst the temperature in the system is high, the pressure on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water is low. The surface is not saturated and will be dry within minutes.
